An 8-year-old boy was referred to the Emergency Department with a history of bilateral bruising to the anterior aspect of each upper thigh. He was afebrile and well with no other bruises. After an initial blood work-up, the paediatrician was contacted.What is the aetiology of the bruising?Answer
